"Not doing this again"
There were a bunch of changes and delays with the timeline. Their service dragged on way too long. The staff member was really rude and unprofessional. I can't emphasize enough how let down I felt by them. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. I've learned my lesson, and this will definitely be the last time I use their service. Not doing this again.

"Happy with the roof cleaning service!"
I was quite satisfied with the roof cleaning performed by your team. The workers were courteous and appeared to be knowledgeable about their tasks. I do have a couple of issues: they took off my hose from the outdoor faucet but didn’t put it back, and I noticed quite a bit of debris along one side of my house, tangled up with the bushes. But honestly, these are just small gripes, and I’d definitely suggest Ned Stevens for this kind of work.

"A loyal customer for over a decade..."
For over 10 years, I've been a customer here. I've NEVER had a reason to complain or feel let down. If something does come up, they’re quick to fix it (which is usually just a minor issue).

"Top-Notch Service for Roofs and Gutters"
I've relied on Nedstevens for quite a while now. They always do a fantastic job with my roof and gutters. Just recently, I had them do a soft wash on my siding. Once more, their team delivered outstanding work. Super polite and professional, too.

"Awesome Work 👌"
I saw my neighbor getting their gutters cleaned and was really impressed by the guys' effort and work ethic - it was blazing hot outside and they were in waterproof suits. So, I asked for their card. I called them shortly after to arrange a time for them to come by. They showed up a few days later, on another sweltering day. If I hadn't spotted their truck parked out front, I wouldn't have realized they were there. They did an excellent job. I'm happy I decided to have them return in the fall.

The team that showed up was top-notch. They handled the job like pros and sorted out an issue we've dealt with for years. We've had a bunch of folks clean the gutters, but only Ned Stevens' crew really got it right. I'll definitely call them again.

"Review of the Job"
The work was carried out in a professional manner, and they tidied up after themselves. They installed the gutter and downspout, but there was one little piece of gutter helmet left behind. Overall, it was a solid job aside from that.

"I've tried this service two times"
I've tried this service two times. Each time, the scheduling was fast, and they showed up in just a few days to clean the roof and clear the gutters. I'm really happy with the results. No gutter problems at all last winter.
